| A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect from 1 AM to 10 AM EST Thursday from the Indianapolis metro area northward for wind chills of -10° to -19°. Frostbite can occur on exposed skin within 30 minutes at -20°. Dress warmly and limit time outdoors to the maximum extent possible. Continued significant cold is expected through at least Sunday with wind chills frequently below zero. |
