Persistent fair weather has been drying soils across central Indiana and vicinity, with Abnormally Dry conditions now over half of the state and about 75% of the central Indiana region as of this Tuesday. Rain-free weather expected to continue through next week will promote further expansion and possible intensification of drought conditions in Indiana.
