BLOOMSKY CAM |
Our Bloomsky wide-angle sky camera also includes sensors to measures temperature, humidity, barometric pressure (absolute, not adjusted for Sea Level), UV exposure, and presence of precipitation (but not amount of precipation). There are no wind speed nor wind direction sensors, so it is a somewhat incomplete weather station -- it does provide a wide-angle sky snapshot every 5 minutes during daytime, and (via the Bloomsky site) a timelapse video produced daily. The Bloomsky sensor and solar panel are mounted a pole on the roof and the camera is viewing West at the top of the picture. The Bloomsky was installed on 15-Sept-2016. |
